Temples & Priestesses

It's been a long while since I've posted. A lot has happened lately.

As of now I am no longer "with" my significant other. We have parted ways, hopefully only temporarily. I have taken myself off of that horrid birth control pill and have bled freely twice since- both times with the Full Moon ripe in the sky in Her glory. How it feels wonderful to be controlled by Her again...

I have found a wonderful Spiritual shop in Grants Pass here in Oregon where I'm visiting long-term called Heartsong. The people there are splendid, the store wonderful. And it's best feature: it's Temple. There is a temple inside dedicated to the Goddess. And I have been to one service and has able to priestess for it. I plan on attending this coming Monday's Easter/Eostre celebration. I have made new friends on the Path. It's wonderful to not be so alone... Especially through the turmoil I still endure.

And I am also turning towards vegetarianism/raw foodism. I hope to be able to accomplish vegetarianism this time around and to stick to it. I am also trying to dedicate more time towards my spiritual self, towards my priestess work. I would like to really dedicate myself to my Temple Dance work.

I am also becoming a henna artist and have begun my schooling in the medical field, heading towards the Occupation of the Goddess, Midwifery. Sehkmet, Hathor, and Innana, bless my hands that they may bring your children into this world in the near future. Bless my mind that it may be full of the sacred knowledge of You, of Women, of Childbirth, of Blood.
