Red Moon Sea Magick

So as some of you know I've gotten very involved in women's mysteries/Wombyn Studies and Feminine Spirituality within the last year or so. My increased interest in Sea Magick also arose within the last couple years- especially since moving to a coastal area with easy access to the Sea and Her bounty.

I had been hearing people talk about giving blood offerings to the Earth, for Her healing and honor, giving back to the Mother our Life's Blood that is given willingly by our bodies. I went even farther than that to think of giving blood offerings to the Sea as being very, if not more, appropriate.

My reasoning being that the Ocean is the Womb where all things originate. Our wombs mirror the Sea, both in likeness and in chemical makeup (when carrying child, our placentas are very similar to sea water). Also, our wombs are linked to the Moon just like the Tides of the Sea. The Ocean is our Mother, like the Earth, but in a different way. She births us and sustains us, the Earth nourishes us and houses us, their roles both separate and connected, overlapping because She is One and yet Multiple. She is the Goddess. WE are the Goddess!

As my mind continues to flow with this idea, adding to it, creating more detail, I had an epiphany. It is only natural to combine my love for the feminine and our moontimes and womb magick with my love for the Sea and ocean magick. I call it Red Moon Sea Magick. And it is my new magical path :) Care to join me? I want to actually create specific spells, rituals, etc. that combine these aspects: Moon Magick, Womb Magick, Sea Magick, and Feminine Spirituality.
